Experience this secluded, private, newly constructed 2-bedroom house with your own private lake. The bedrooms each feature a king bed, offering guests a comfortable and restful night. Each bedroom has its own closet and bathroom, including refreshing showers, making mornings a breeze. The living room provides extra space with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or accommodating additional guests. Enjoy the full kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, sink, and dishwasher. The sink has a large window that overlooks the lake and fountain. A large washer and dryer are included for your use. The home has its own private Wi-Fi and each bedroom and living room also has a smart TV. A queen size air mattress is available if desired. The lake (shared with the landowner) has a deck and a boat ramp. The 5-acre lake has beautiful sunrises, lots of wildlife, a fountain, and is great for fishing. A private bathroom has been constructed by the lake for your use. Enjoy the country life with a small restaurant just minutes away that serves homemade breakfast and lunch, The towns of Warren and Monticello are an easy drive, and Lake Monticello is just 10 minutes away.
