Grey Mare is set up for families up to six people with its easy access, two large bedrooms and multiple living areas. For larger family or multi generational gatherings Grey Mare can be booked with the adjoining studio Four Mile Hut which offers another complete accommodation accessed through the shared lobby area.

In addition a truly unique feature awaits in the backyard of Grey Mare—a historic Thredbo Ramshead chairlift, the only accommodation in the area with this iconic piece of history. Access into Grey Mare Chalet is through the front shared lobby area which has one step into it. The garage has direct access into the entry lobby as well.

Private Accommodation: Please note, Clearwater is privately managed, and therefore does not offer hotel-style services like on-site housekeeping or replenishments of items such as pillows, blankets, or TVs. For full service amenities, we recommend booking a hotel.

Check-In Time: Check-in is after 4pm, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. If this is unsuitable, we kindly ask you to consider alternative accommodation.
