The check in was easy, office staff was polite and helpful. Parking fine. The room was clean, kind of basic and bare bones. Good for a stopover but nothing special.

Ridiculed at by the owner for having a service dog and told Ellie, my service dog, that she was sorry that I didn’t love her. Ellie is my protector and I love her as much as she loves me. The woman then wanted to charge me a Pet Fee, requested papers on my service dog and wouldn’t allow us to stay in the room we booked. ALL ILLEGAL UNDER THE ADA. I am not going to take action, but I hope the owner reads this. CONSEQUENCES OF ADA NON-COMPLIANCE FOR HOTELS.
