The property is well situated in the centre of East Worlington village which is approximately 13 miles from the town of Tiverton and 11 miles from Crediton. This part of Devon is an excellent touring base with easy access to lots of places of interest. Local amenities can be found in nearby Witheridge where you can dine at one the welcoming eateries, stock up on essentials at the two convenience stores and post office or enjoy leisurely riverside walks. Visit the ancient village of Lapford where you can enjoy a meal in the 16th century pub. Nearby you can explore the Two Moors Way, visit RHS Rosemoor, The Grand Western Canal, Knightshayes House or the breathtaking scenery at Exmoor National Park, a short drive away. There are plenty of National Trust properties in the area, as well as some fabulous villages and farm shops. The accommodation is set midway between Devon’s two coastlines, convenient for a day out to either. The award-winning North Devon coastline is within a 50-minute drive with its golden sandy surfing beaches and the Jurassic South Devon coastal beauty spots are within an hour’s drive.
