Best Western - accommodation in Crescent Head

Staff excellent, difficulty contacting reception out of hours.

Unfortunately the accommodation was broken into on our first day and a number of personal valuables were stolen. The host was initially helpful and we agreed on a refund for the nights unable to be used as we did not feel safe staying there. Since then the host has been completely uncontactable and not return any calls, texts, emails etc. This has been very disappointing. Stayz themselves have been excellent, and when advising them of the situations have been very helpful and understanding. We are disappointed with the outcome from the host and also how the host accused us of improper locking of the front door. Door has clearly been kicked in and lockbox also damaged.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: mirador was lovely, the kids loved it. it was very comfortable. the bedroom set up was great too. our 2yr old grandson loved the play area downstairs which was great on a rainy afternoon. close to the beach and shops. we didn't drive our car at all for a week.
