Gravel terrace. Shared courtyard and grounds. Ski Crest-Voland/Espace Diamant 200m, Les Saisies 8km. Developed lake + Flumet leisure center 7km. Country house situated opposite tracks. Residential quiet location on the edge of the village station. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Private terrace facing West. Small landscaped + common court (ping pong). Very unobstructed view of the massif. Shops and services on-site. Gite located 200m from the slopes of Crest-Voland linking Espace Diamant (ski area of 185km of slopes linking Flumet, St Nicolas la Chapelle, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Hauteluce and Les Saisies).
