THE SPACE
You're renting one of the few true 1-bedroom units at the Grand Lodge—a thoughtfully designed condo that maximizes comfort for groups. The layout works beautifully: a dedicated bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom, plus a spacious living room featuring a queen-size murphy bed for additional sleeping space. Two full bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly, even with a full house. The main living areas flow naturally, with a larger kitchenette and bar-top counter that's perfect for casual dining, plus a separate dining area for group meals.
This is a 3-star property of individually owned condos with no front desk, which means more authenticity and a more personal touch. We're readily available to respond to all guest requests—expect quick response times and friendly, helpful communication whenever you need us.

Free parking on premises (one parking pass per room) means you won't worry about finding a spot or paying parking fees.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
IMPORTANT TRANSPARENCY MATTERS:
- This property does NOT have air conditioning; rooms have heating only. Plan accordingly if you're visiting during warmer months.
- The building is older but kept very clean; rooms show some natural wear consistent with a 3-star property.
- Building amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, steam room) are managed by a separate company. Rarely, amenities may close without notice for maintenance. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds, as we don't control these closures—it's a building policy, not something we manage.
- Check-in information is provided via an external guidebook link (you'll receive an email with this). This is how we collect any fees or coordinate special requests and upgraded services.
- This unit is NOT pet friendly. Only floors 1 and 2 of the Grand Lodge allow pets. (You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors from owners staying in their units, per building policy, but your unit does not permit them.)
- Linen service is Airbnb-style—once per stay. If you'd like a turnover during your stay, request it with 24 hours' notice; there's a $100 fee for mid-stay cleaning coordination.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking (guests are given one parking pass per room) , EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte. (please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities).
The Neighborhood:
We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.
The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.
The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!
Getting Around:
Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!
