The Space:

This remodeled 2BD/2BA condo at Evergreen puts you a three-minute walk from the lifts and one block from the free shuttle to downtown Crested Butte. Coffee shops, restaurants, and shops at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort are all within walking distance — ski, hike, or bike in the morning, come back for lunch, and be back out on the mountain within the hour. End the day in the outdoor hot tub, with a view of the peaks turning color as the sun goes down.



The top-floor condo has been fully updated and sleeps six comfortably: a king suite, a queen room, and a new sleeper sofa. A private ski locker down the hall keeps your gear secure between runs, and coin-operated laundry is available on the same floor. Note: the unit is accessed via two flights of stairs — there is no elevator.



The living area is built for gathering, with a large dining table, a gas fireplace, a new smart TV, and a sleeper sofa, all opening onto a wraparound deck with mountain views in every direction. The galley kitchen has been fully remodeled and comes equipped with everything you need to cook a real meal after a day outside. The primary suite offers a king bed, private deck access, a new TV, and a full ensuite bath with soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a dedicated workspace — ideal if someone needs to get a few hours of work in before hitting the slopes. A full bath sits just across the hall.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally. It closes after the ski resort closes until early June and mid October to Thanksgiving.



No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.  There are 2 undesignated parking spaces for this condo.  Parking is available behind or in front of the building.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
