If the BBQ grill is used, it must be fully cleaned after use. Grease, food, or residue left behind will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee charged to the reservation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We are just home from our stay at Cozy Bear Cabin in Crestline and I wanted to share our wonderful experience. Booking/Check-In: EASY! I use both the desktop site and the app to transact this stay. Smooth translation between use of either. The photos and descriptions are absolutely accurate for this wonderful cabin. Communication with our host Joshua was clear, easy to follow and enough without being too much. He answered all our questions and replied quickly each time. Joshua was warm and welcoming and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time in the cabin. Getting There/Parking/Location: EASY & PERFECT! Once you are on Hwy 18/138 things slow down, the views are beautiful and before you know it you are up in the trees! Cozy Bear Cabin has the perfect location. You are up in the trees with an amazing view of the lake and peaceful surroundings yet you are also surprisingly close to town. Either direction you drive leaving the driveway gets you to the edge of Crestline at Lake Gregory, yet you do not feel like you are in town. Makes it easy to pop in for groceries, a quick meal out, or pick up a coffee. Parking in front of the cabin is generous enough for two good-sized vehicles. You literally park in front of the cabin's front door-flat walk in.The Cabin: EXCELLENT! Sparkling clean! Quality linens, bedding, amenities. Well appointed kitchen. Bed and furniture are so comfortable. Set up for two WFH sites. I am out of space, but I can not say enough positive. Very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and the view of Lake Gregory was beautiful from many areas of the home. The host was incredibly thoughtful and left so many snacks and essentials for us — granola bars, instant oatmeal, coffee (both K-cups and ground), sugar, Splenda, filtered water, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. They were also very kind to let us check out at 1 pm instead of 11 am, which we truly appreciated. The large TV made it easy for us to connect and watch movies together. We all, including my pets had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about our stay at this cabin. The cabin has a beautiful/soothing lake view, and we loved watching the blue birds and eagles from the patio. The sofa and the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. There was a welcome basket when we arrived, it felt so nice that the hosts thought about their guests and stuffed it with snack and breakfast items for a busy outing, such a warm gesture from the host(s). We will definitely return again and recommend this cabin to others as well. Last but not the least, the property manager Joshua was so responsive and very helpful.

Host was OUTSTANDING! Joshua went above and beyond to accommodate me. Home is clean, well maintained, and kitchen is well stocked. A snack basket is provided as well as your choice of coffees and teas. The Breathtaking Views Will Blow Your Mind! The Lake Is Much Closer Than The Pictures Show.Getting into the property was EASY! No Steps or stairs. We will Definitely be coming again in May. I Highly Recommend Cozy Bear Cabin!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!
