Welcome to this cosy holiday flat for a wonderful holiday by the sea.



The flat is beautifully situated on a hill in the small town of Klanfari, near Crikvenica, and offers a magnificent view that you can enjoy from the lovely balconies. It is very nicely furnished and ideal for a family looking for peace and relaxation on holiday.



When the weather is fine, you can spend most of your holiday on one of the many balconies, soaking up the sun. Thanks to the barbecue, you can prepare delicious grilled meals.



The sea and the beach are just a few minutes’ drive away. Crikvenica and the surrounding area offer a wealth of attractions: beaches, a variety of restaurants and tavernas, as well as a wide range of sporting activities and excursions – there’s something for everyone here. Wir bewohnten die untere Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen.

Wir bewohnten die untere Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen.Ingesamt war diese sehr geräumig. Unten und oben gab es eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, wobei zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss trotz offener Tür recht warm blieben.Das W-LAN hat unten tadellos funktioniert, in der oberen Etage im letzten Zimmer zeitweise schlechter Empfang.Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die gepflegte Pool-Anlage inkl. Ausstattung.Neue Liegen, Schirme, Tische etc. Außendusche, toller Grill und einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht.Auch der Service war sehr gut; die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bei Problemen wurde sofort reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen.Die Betten waren sehr bequem. „Restspuren“ der Renovierung waren noch sichtbar. ( z.B. Kabel von der Decke)Ingesamt war es bis auf Teile der Küchenschränke und einiges an Geschirr sauber.Ein paar Haken und-oder Ablagefläche im Bad wäre schön gewesen. Auch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern der oberen Zimmer wären aus unserer Sicht sinnvoll.Auch wenn die Straßen zum Haus teilweise recht steil sind, hat sich der Weg dennoch für uns gelohnt. Die oberste Lage am Berg hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war ruhig und wir konnten von jeder Etage den Blick aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt.P.S: Danke für den tollen Tipp, die Bucht war für uns die schönste.

Dejlig ferie.

Det ene soveværelse manglede møblement, sengeborde og skab. Dårlig lugt i et badeværelse og et køkkenskab. Bar lidt præg af at ejerne var i gang med istandsættelse af huset. Dejligt nyt poolområde. Venlige værter som var hjælpsomme de få gange det var nødvendigt. Vi havde overordnet set en dejlig ferie.
