Very clean and recently remodeled. Excellent communication with Leonard about the house, area, and restaurants. And of course the view is phenomenal, it was quite the treat to sit out back in the morning sipping coffee while watching the sun rise.

My family enjoyed a peaceful and private stay on Lake Champlain in this comfortable home. The house had everything that we needed and Leonard was easy to get in touch with. The shallow water dock is good for launching the provided kayak, but we used it to step onto our own paddle boards or relax in the chaise lounges. The sunrises are beautiful here too!

Wonderful stay!!!

We booked last minute and the owners were very accommodating. We did not want to leave. It was a beautiful property. The house was very comfortable. Thank you for providing coffee!!! That was one thing we forgot!!! We would definitely stay here again!
