Country house located in the heart of Burgundy, in the Nivernais region between Nevers and the Morvan. It is in a hamlet of 5 houses on the edge of the woods.

The house is spacious, warm and comfortable.
On the ground floor there is a large fitted kitchen, a large living room overlooking the terrace and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find a separate bedroom with a double bed and an open-plan mezzanine with a double bed.

The house is set in very natural, peaceful surroundings. The tree-lined, fenced garden opens onto pastureland, with cows in front of the house in summer. A pretty water lily pond adorns the garden. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, cook with the aromatic plants in the garden, sunbathe after a walk in the woods, or relax on the hammock.

You'll find a small supermarket (Maximarché) in Saint-Saulge (11 km) and small shops: bakery, chemist, butcher, café. You can also go to Corbigny (20 km) for more extensive shopping and to the market on Friday mornings. The first restaurants are 6 km away, south of the Étang de Baye. Higher up, on the banks of the lake and next to the campsite, there is a leisure centre (8 km) and a natural swimming area. Here you can hire canoes and pedalos. The Étang du Merle, 9 km away, is also a pleasant place to cool off, with a pretty little sandy beach where swimming is supervised in July and August. Country walks at your leisure.
