Tivemos problemas com o Wi-Fi durante praticamente toda a hospedagem. A conexão era instável ou simplesmente não funcionava, e infelizmente a equipe do hotel não demonstrou interesse real em resolver a situação, tratando o problema com pouca atenção e senso de urgência. Além disso, o café da manhã era muito limitado. Havia poucas opções, e parecia haver uma preocupação excessiva em restringir ou controlar o que era oferecido, o que tornou a experiência pouco agradável e abaixo do esperado para uma pousada desse nível. No geral, a experiência ficou aquém do que esperávamos, principalmente pela falta de suporte em relação ao Wi-Fi e pela limitação do café da manhã.
