Great place to stay for the price. Location is close to town but definitely quiet and private. The fenced yard was smaller than expected but was great for our pets. We spent a wonderful month here and would definitely go back.

What a wonderful property! The host accurately described everything, and the home was actually a little bigger than I thought. The pool was delightful, as were the accommodations. Perfect for family!

Rome was a wonderful host, and quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is close to everything but also extremely quiet. Having a lovely clean pool to relax in while looking out over the pond was great. I would definitely stay again!

Great Place!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a weekend. The place was welcoming, spotless, and well stocked. There's plenty of room to spread out. We used both the screened in area and the den in the evenings to wind down after a day of sightseeing. The pool, pool toys and lawn games were a hit with the kids. The location is central. Everything is a short drive away. Rome was very responsive to my questions and messages before and during our stay.

Great place that's close to everything

Took my wife, teenage son and his friend down for a week. Great communication with Rome. The house has been refreshed and has all of the accommodations needed for a great stay. The house is just minutes away from numerous attractions (like Three Sisters Springs, canoeing/kyacking, etc.) and a short drive to other area attractions like Homasasa Springs. Book with confidence,

Great location, clean, everything you need!

This rental was perfect for a family vacation. Close to many nice restaurants and attractions. The beach is close as well. The house itself has everything you need and many things to do to entertain. The pool is heated and was used constantly. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Overall, a wonderful vacation.

The Best Location never shown

Ok so the place was amazing. Very clean, and everything was really with the renter in mind. But as great as the house was it was in the middle of everything!!! You wanna swim with manatees? 8 min drive and you can kayak there too. You wanna go to the beach? Itā€™s only 10 min drive. Thereā€™s spots for hiking, camping, and a lot of nice restaurants. Theyā€™ve got a fire pit, which we made SMOREā€™S there. My family and I had an amazing time. I just canā€™t emphasize enough about the location with all that you can do there. The neighbors, and people around were extremely nice, and the people in general in that area were very nice. And a very refreshing atmosphere compared to most vacation spots. We have to come back just so we can take advantage of all the other things we didnā€™t have time for. If I could give it 10 stars I would, itā€™s that great of a vacation spot.
