Maison très spacieuse (150m2) déco moderne, grand salon-salle à manger, grande cuisine, buanderie avec lave-linge, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec baignoire dont une balnéo et très belle terrasse avec vue sur le haras et la plaine.
