un problema si reservas con el plan de recompensas

hice la reserva y pague con el plan de recompensa y otra parte con la tarjeta de crédito, me escribieron a decirme que no tenían disponibilidad.. a esa hora tuve que buscar otro hotel para mi familia en Cuenca.. hasta ahora no se revierte lo que pagué con mi tarjeta, no he recibido ninguna notificación.
