The hotel is clean the staff is excellent The rooms need care the shower spills lots of water all over the bathroom when you shower. The room door is not secure enough one small lock didn’t feel safe leaving my things. The molding on the bathroom floor broken. Bathroom lighting very dimm . Our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the rooms since they were nice, quiet, and clean, but a bit cold. We also loved the buffet-like breakfast. The food was great.

I made a reservation for my parents , when they arrived to the hotel , the front lady told them she could not find the reservation. I provided her the reservation number and the confirmation from Expedia. She claimed Expedia never notified the hotel about the resection made online. She blamed the app. After insisting that I made the reservation, she magically found it, however there were no more Rooms available. She offered my parents other rooms from their own chain of hotels a few blocks away. My parents took the room since they have no choice. The hotel was not the same category as reserved. It was old and humid. Same experience as other guess from last year if you read the reviews. Thanks

Falta de seriedad en este lugar. Hice mi reservación para dos noches y había pagado con anticipación. Llegué al lugar y me dicen que yo no aparecía en el sistema y que ya no había espacio para mi y mis 3 invitados. Llamaron a la administradora del hotel y fue grosera conmigo, les mostré todas las pruebas de que yo había pagado y aún así no creían. Luego oh sorpresa aparecí en el sistema como que yo había pagado pero que no había hecho la reserva (que raro no?) bueno a la final me designaron un hotel de la misma franquicia de ellos, le pregunto a la administradora está al mismo nivel que este hotel verdad? Y me dijo que es igualito. Para mi sorpresa llegué a un hotel de 500 años de antigüedad, me quería dar algo, está bien que el lugar se conserve pero no sean tacaños al menos pongan toallas en buen estado y no con huecos; pagué tanto para algo así, la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada; llegó el día de hacer el check out, el recepcionista me dice que no he pagado y que debo cancelarle, ya se me imaginarán la historia, no vayan a perder su tiempo en este lugar, no es como lo describen aquí, el internet es horrible, el desayuno es horrible, las instalaciones son horribles, el servicio es horrible, la recepcionista que me atendió una maleducada, el parqueadero solo está disponible hasta las 11 pm luego de eso tu carro tendrás que dejarlo afuera.

Conforto no centro Histórico

Tive uma excelente experiência neste hotel em Cuenca:hotel nass loft atahualpa! A localização é perfeita, próxima aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, além de estar cercado por lojas, cafés e supermercados, o que facilitou muito meu dia a dia durante a estadia. O café da manhã incluso era saboroso e bem servido, com opções frescas e típicas da região. O quarto estava sempre limpo e bem organizado, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade após os passeios. O que mais me chamou a atenção foi a cordialidade e atenção dos funcionários. Sem dúvida, uma ótima escolha para quem deseja conhecer Cuenca com conforto,bons preços e praticidade. Recomendo!
