Trip to Cuernavaca

I went to Cuernavaca for an event. Someone recomended Aristos Hotel because it was near the event. The hotel is very beautiful but needs to have a renovation. The spaces, the service is excelent but the rooms are very old. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and the personel was very friendly.

Just one fault, but one with a great impact.

Our only complaint of any relevance is the Sunday buffet, which does not have the quality and freshness of the a la carte menu; it costs twice as much, you have to pay in advance, it has no variety and there is poor temperature management. It lacks flavor and variety, it is overcooked or worse, it is not restocked; the service is average, it is simply not worth the price, and there are no alternatives if you don't want the buffet.

Me he quedado muchas veces, el hotel me gusta mucho, la alberca es profunda y grande, la habitacion estaba limpia. El personal como siempre amable a pesar de ser día feriado. Lo que no me gustó tanto es que las habitaciones en esta ocasion daban a la cocina y todo el dia tenían ruido, se oian las conversaciones y la música de cocina, ademas de que cada cierto tiempo entraba una especie de bomba muy molesta que no permitía dormir.

Por lo que pagué, el precio vs servicio no es aceptable, por lo que cobran las habitaciones son antiguas y no las renuevan, el personal muy grosero y las “pizzas” que hacen me la trajeron fría. Las reglas no se cumplen y a las 10 pm siguen con música otros huéspedes, cuando dicen que cierra a las 8 pm. Tienen meseros en la alberca y yo tuve que servir prácticamente. Realmente no me gusto la experiencia.
