We stayed for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. the place is nice and cosy, the staff is very kind and profesional. What I did not like is that the breakfast was only up to 12 noon, and the restaurant would not serve what I wanted to eat. they would want me to eat fish and I don't eat animals.

Problems with the hot water

We did not have hot water we communicated to the manager but even so it was not possible, besides a lot of noise it would be good to indicate that the rooms are attached to the street

Newly renewed strange hotel

The hotel is newly refurbished, the colors strange,,the problem we encountered was that the guests were very loud and of very low quality,,not a bunch you want to hang out with,,Also,,the location of the hotel makes the rooms very noisy,,

En terminos generales todo bien. Limpio y buena atención. El desayuno es en el restaurante de al lado porque el hotel no tiene restaurante. Las albercas limpias y el jacuzzi calientito, visitamos entre semana así que super tranquilo. Un punto negativo es que al estar sobre avenida principal, la habitacion no era silenciosa del todo. Camiones, trailers y demás vehículos se oían todo el dia y buena parte de la noche. La tina de hidromasaje dentro de la habitación, muy buena y relajante. Regresaria con mi familia? Sí

El lugar no tenía información de la reservación, nos dejaron esperando más de 40 minutos en la noche. El departamento ya estaba en muy mal estado, el olor no era nada agradable, uno de los baños tenía fuga de agua. No considero que deba ser calificado como un Hotel Boutique, no tiene lo mínimo para serlo. Por las noches no tienes la tranquilidad de salir a cenar, tienes que abrir varias rejas con candados y te cierran el portón, no hay vigilancia cerca.
