Un tobogan para niños y espuma en el chapoteadero. Mi reservacion fue condicionada a la llegada de todas las demas reservas y se me pidio cuota de 500 pesos para asignarme "una habitación mejor" y el chek in fue una hora después pero además sin el aseo de la misma observando colchones viejos y sucios la ropa de cama son harapos y el encargado recibia dinero para la.asignacion y cambio de habitaciones. Las áreas viales del circuito para caminatas ocupadas por vehículos y mascotas sin correas donde estaba prohibido en el área de alberca. Se fue la luz por lapso de 3 hrs no hay planta de luz y el chek out lo piden antes ...fue terrible la estancia. No es recomendable definitivamente. Los.muebles viejicimos

Las cabañas son lindas, pero huelen a humedad, las comas no son cómodas, los enchufes son bifásicos, tienes que llevar tus trastes, lo menos que quiero es cargar, lo bueno aceptan mascotas alrededores limpios, si reservas con Expedia te dan la habitación más lejana se ponen más estrictos que si reservas directamente con ellos

No tiene aire acondicionado, ni ventilador, ni mosquiteros en las ventanas, por lo que si abres las ventanas se meten todos los bichos. Revise varias cabañas y todas tenian un apestoso y fuerte olor a humedad, muebles viejos, maltratados, no hay reglamento y el vecino tuvo musica en volumen alto toda la noche, finalmente a las 7.00 am apagó la música. Ropa de cama sucia, manchada, vieja. Pesimo lugar, sin cuidados. No llega señal de internet

Nice stay in a friendly family atmosphere

Relaxing swimming + cocktail drinks (excellent piña coladas) + billiard + pingpong all included. Friendly stay within other mexican families as kind neighbors, excellent welcome from the owner and her husband.

Instalaciones deprimentes, no hay Internet en las habitaciones, la red Telcel no agarra, el agua en las albercas esta super fria, no hay calefacción ni caldera por mas que lo anuncien asi, mobiliario deplorable, no tiene nada cercano, si no eres nada exigente y buscas pasar una noche puede ser buena opcion.

Pesimo lugar ¡ Almohadas apestando a sudor

Pesimo lugar. Reserve un fin de semana, me fui al primer dia. Obviamente sin rembolso. Almohadas apestando a sudor, colchón con manchas, sin agua caliente. Todo viejo y en muy mal estado. Gente borracha y escandalosa en las otras cabañas. Muy mala experiencia !

El lugar se volvió uno de los favoritos, es muy tranquilo ideal para descansar y alejarse del internet, las instalaciones muy bien y las cabañas muy limpias la alberca aunque un poco fría es muy agradable, definitivamente volveremos pronto. Agradecemos la atención de la srita. Karen Estrella que estuvo al tanto de nuestra reservación en todo momento y en general al personal por sus atenciones.

Es un lugar muy agradable, para disfrutar con la familia, solo que el personal de recepción podría mejorar la atención con la gente que a reservado por medio de expedía y que no somos socios del lugar.
