El hotel es nuevo (1 año), así que todo está muy limpio y bien mantenido. Un estilo estético muy agradable y moderno, me gustó mucho. El staff es muy amable. El ambiente es muy tranquilo y cayado, ideal para relajarse. Mi única observación importante es que anuncian tener jacuzzi, pero en realidad es una poza pequeña con agua tibia y sin hidromasaje.

No usamos spa. El hotel está muy bonito PERO… Reservé tres habitaciones. No sale suficiente agua caliente para ducharse. En una de las habitaciones, el serv de limp forzó la chapa y rompió marco de la puerta mientras las huéspedes dormían. Al llegar nos recordaron que el desayuno ya estaba pagado y nunca advirtieron que SOLAMENTE incluía determinados alimentos, aduciendo que había firmado un documento ennel que lo decía. Al exigir verlo, lo habían anexado a la hoja del check in pero obvio no contaba con mi firma. El hotel es estupendo y el servicio muy amable pero sí tienen áreas de oportunidad enormes. Está junto a una gasolinería que sirve al hotel como estacionamiento.

Yo diría que el hotel brilla por sus detalles, con señalética personalizada, arquitectura homologada e interiorismo cuidado, además de una atención excelente por parte del staff. Un punto negativo sería el masaje que tomamos, sentimos que fue hostil el trato de parte de las masajistas, no sabemos si era por la hora o las prisas, pero nos resultó poco agradable. Por lo demás todo fue muy positivo, el servicio, los desayunos a la habitación, la comodidad de la cama, etc.

En mi opinión no corresponde el precio y el nombre “hotel boutique” con la realidad. Poco comodo, no cuenta con aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador excesivamente ruidoso, sin agua caliente.

Muy agradable para ir con tu pareja. El lugar está muy lindo. Es un lugar para estar ahí y no salir ya que no está conectado con la parte turística de Cuernavaca. Muy buena atención del personal, todos muy atentos y amables. Solo el servicio de restaurante no fue muy eficiente. La Comida muy rica, falta algo de variedad en la carta. La habitación muy a gusto, bien presentada y con detalles originales. Buena arquitectura, bien conservada la propiedad.

El hotel tiene diseño contemporáneo muy bello. Las habitaciones están en muy buenas condiciones y cada una tiene una terraza con vista a los jardines. La atención del personal fue excelente, nos dieron una cena de cortesía. La alberca tiene agua templada y es muy bonita.
