Hola. El día de la recepción, mi familia y yo llegamos solo a descansar y la recámara estaba sucia. Las almohadas olían feo y la taza del baño estaba demasiado sucia. La cocineta por el estilo; con basura, trastes no tan limpios y la parrilla sucia. En la terraza el piso estaba sucio y pegajoso con la mesa igual. Ya había estado en este lugar y todo estuvo bien la primera vez. Nos comento la chica encargada en recepción en el momento que fue culpa de la chica de limpieza pero debieron checar antes de entregar la habitación. Por otra parte la chica fue accesible pero tuvimos que pedirle que limpiara, y si lo hizo pero no en toda el área y al final no se resolvión del todo la situación. NO ME GUSTÓ ESTA VEZ. Yo escribí en whats app al respecto y nunca me contestaron. Al siguiente día ya hicieron la limpieza y cambiraon la ropa de cama pero el primer día fue muy decepcionante llegar y no poder domir por que todo estaba sucio.

Una muy mala experiencia, no reservaron la habitación que pedí, apesar de eso decidi quedarme pero me asignaron una habitación sin cerrojo y con una sola cama cuando iba con mi hijo por lo que cancele en ese momento la habitación y me retiré a buscar otro en ese momento. La verdad, no lo recomiendo, es mejor ir directamente y si te conviene y convence adelante, pero nada que ver con lo que ofrecen en la aplicación. La verdad una decepción!!

No contaba con agua el inodoro, no tenia jaban de manos ni para bañarse, no tenia agua caliente, tenia insecto vivos y muertos la habitación, las sabanas no se veian limpias, nos tuvieron que abrir otra habitación para ir al wc, en la recepción ni me daban buena información. Del tiempo que tengo utilizado Expedia es el peor hotel que he ido con mi familia.

En lo general todo estuvo bien lo único malo es que no había agua caliente en la regadera ya que solo tienen un calentador solar pequeño y creo que es importante ponerlo en la descripción del hotel ya que si , está nublado pues no va a aber agua caliente también les falta poner más atención en la limpieza de las habitaciones..
