It features one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom, large living/dining area, patio, kitchen, television. It has the benefit of a large outdoor communal pool at the back of the patio - ideal for those with young children.

The complex is small and friendly. There are 55 privately owned apartments and a communal pool. People are friendly and relaxed.

The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room and portable fans, flyscreens and rejas.

The nearest beach is just 10 mins walk, Villaricos which has a beech and lots of small bars is 20 minutes walk and there are many other local beaches along Vera Playa within 5-10 mins drive.

The apartment is located close to the centre of Palomares village, where there is a local supermarket, restaurants, bank, ferreteria, chemist and Tapas bars - all within walking distance. There is a small bakery 10 minutes walk away with freshly baked bread and confectionary every morning.

The village has good access to neighbouring towns and the motorway network.

Mojacar, Vera Playa, Vera and Garroucha are all nearby - including the Consum and Mercadonna supermarkets and the Vera Aqua park. There is a Lidl in Garroucha and also one in Vera.

There are various street markets in the nearby fishing village of Villaricos (Sunday) and also in Vera (Saturday).

AquaVera is a large water park on the beach of Vera Playa. It offers great fun with attractions for families, children, youth and groups including: Large park with kamikaze, body ski, twisting slides, adventure river and black hole, as well as wave pool and lake, plus children's area with pool and slides, and also mini-golf.

You can go to Karting Garrucha for fun, speed, and competition. This is the ultimate venue for the real lovers of speed. Not only is go-karting in Garrucha a lot of fun, but it’s also very safe for all.
