The apartment has 2 spacious rooms, one with a complete bathroom, fitted wardrobes and a TV and another room with 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower in front of it. The dining room is very spacious and bright and has a large American kitchen with everything you need to cook as if you were in your own home. Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, flat screen tv, etc.

Cap Blanc beach is one of the quietest beaches in Cullera, there are no crowds of bathers even in August. It is a 400 meter long beach with almost 100 meter width, making it a very spacious beach. It has a sailing club where you can rent paddle-surf boards or take a windsurf, catamaran or optimist course.
There are two ways to go down to the beach, using the elevators in the building or by car, it is easy to park inside the complex.

Viincente and his assistant Gonzalo were excellent. The rental was perfect and the terrace is amazing. Loved that you can access the terrace from the living room and both bedrooms. Beautiful, efficient, with an elevator oitside the door to the garage. Only thing is you need a small car to park. We had a midsize SUV and it was too big. Had to get out to help my husband drive in and out of the garage.

Nice Apartment, Great Area - Description Not Correct
Everything as advertised but the description not 100% accurate.
First, this is "not" a Penthouse apartment, it is located on the first floor of the building versus the fourth floor.
Second, access to the beach is via a lot of stairs from the building ~500M from the beach with about a 150-200M decension (going down one thing, coming back up...better be in good intermediate hiking shape).
Support via the apartment manager (Gonzalo) was excellent. The AC unit failed twice while we were there and Gonzalo was able to get repair tech's onsite same day. Very friendly and supportive.
Vicente the manager was also very responsive and gave us a discount for the AC issues.
Note: both Vicente or Gonzalo do not speak English but written English good and Gonzalo uses Google Translator App very well & efficiently.
Great people nice apartment just not exactly as advertised if you're looking for a true penthouse close to the beach (i.e. that you can walk to quickly like across the street, etc.).
