Welcome to Treehouse on the Lake, your perfect getaway on Lake Glenville! This spacious, five-bedroom lakefront home features great lake views, a private dock, two wrap around porches, and a small stream on the property. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. Relax on the deck and walk down to the private dock- great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking up the sun. In the evenings, gather around the lakefront fire pit or enjoy the wood burning stone fireplace in the living room.

The house has two levels with three bedrooms on the main level and two bedrooms plus a game room on the lower level. Both have wraparound porches with great lake and forest views. The house is well equipped for fun and relaxation including a private dock, kayak, paddleboard, fishing poles, ping pong and foosball tables, games/puzzles, and rocking chairs.

The house is located on one of Lake Glenville's beautiful coves. The house is on over an acre lot with direct lakefrontage. It's a quiet neighborhood with a small access road that's perfect for walks. It is located less than 10 minutes from restaurants (Happ's and The Local), about 20 minutes from charming Cashiers, 30 minutes from Franklin, and 40 minutes from Highlands. A beautiful waterfall hike is only 5 minutes away!

This is a very cute older house in the woods on a very steep grade to the water and dock. The path to the dock was a dirt and grass path, slippery in places and inaccessible for those who have some difficulty walking. The path on the outside from the top of the house to the bottom level was stepped but deteriorating. The exterior had to be brushed and cleaned before use. There is a ramp that leads to the entrance but is broken and not flush with the driveway needing caution when using it. Inside was a well cleaned home with aged but working appliances. Two toilets needed minor adjustments which we corrected. A narrow spiral staircase leads to plenty of room for a group with a nice game room in the basement. SUP and kayak were there but bring your own PFD for safety on the water. Overall our family had a great time in this house nestled deep in the woods with a wonderful view of the lake. The Host is very responsive to all questions or problems.
