Equipe muito eficaz tanto para responder dúvidas e para resolver questões como problemas no chuveiro, torneira e reparos em geral. O Colchão do quarto deveria ser trocado pois estava com uma grande quantidade de uso o que fez com que ele afunda-se no meio não permitindo uma boa noite de sono. A Limpeza no geral estava adequada porém a toalha estava manchada com maquiagem que foi utilizada previamente denotando que não foi devidamente higienizada ou que não foi trocada. Com muito eventos na cidade e com o hotel lotado o café da manhã e por maior que fosse o salão não comportou toda a demanda ao mesmo tempo, porém novamente brilha a equipe de se empenhou a todo momento em repor os alimentos que eram generosamente ofertados e sempre mantendo o salão limpo e agilizando as mesas que iam desocupando para que todos os hóspedes fossem atendidos dentro do horário proposto de café da manhã.
