I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Nice hotel in the city center.

It is a good hotel, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect for touring the center of the city, to know the shops and to take the tourist bus you only walk half a block.

Custo-benefício para quem quer um local pra dormir

Ficamos para uma estadia de fim de semana na cidade. O hotel nos atendeu bem. Pagamos estacionamento da moto a parte. Não é muito estruturado, o prédio é antigo e adaptado, mas deu tudo certo. O café é bem servido e com opções básicas, porém boas. Minha única reclamação seria a cama que não era colchão de casal, e sim dois colchões de solteiro juntos. Pouco travesseiro. Mas o ar condicionado funciona bem, e cumpriu ao objetivo para dormirmos e sair pela cidade. E a localização é muito boa, fica perto para ir a pé em vários locais do centro.

Achei a recepção muito boa, porém pegamos dois quartos e um deles a TV não funciona, e o chuveiro TB denorava muito pra esquentar e teve um dia que não esquentou. O café da manhã estava muito bom.

Decepcionante

Ficamos chocadas ao entrar no quarto, completamente diferente das fotos aqui publicadas, móveis muito antigos, três camas de solteiro e apenas uma coberta disponível, frigobar vazio e não avisaram na recepção, tive que voltar e pegar mais coberta e água, no banheiro a tampa do vaso sanitário estava quebrada colocada ao lado no chão, além de saboneteira e porta toalhas quebrados também. Teto mofado e quarto com mal cheiro. Deixaram o frigobar desligado e acordamos com uma piscina no quarto pois o gelo descongelou, pedimos 3x para secarem o quarto e só vieram quando abordei diretamente a camareira, que limpou o chão mas não o serviço de quarto. Café da manhã - ok. Valor da diária não condiz com a estrutura oferecida (muito diferente das fotos)

Higiene precária

A higiene estava horrível, com baratas mortas e vivas pelo quarto. O acento do vaso sanitário estava sujo de fezes. As cobertas tinham cheiro de já usadas. Lençol manchado. Box do banheiro não “vê” limpeza faz muuuuuuito tempo. Já me hospedei em hotéis mais baratos e tive melhor experiência. Sem contar que no aplicativo diz que o valor do estacionamento é de 30 reais a diária, mas na realidade o estacionamento é terceirizado e cobra uma taxa de 35 reais por 12 horas, passando de 12 horas o valor é outro.
