I’ve stayed at the Suryaa twice now. The hotel's elegant design and immaculate upkeep created a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were the highlight—incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making sure every need was anticipated and exceeded with a smile. I am especially grateful for the kindness and professionalism of Peter, Emanuelle and one other staff member whose name I, unfortunately, cannot recall, who recommended we visit Restaurant Mandalosso, as it was a great experience. Thank you all so very much.

The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options. The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive.

O Peter que nos atendeu na recepção, excelente, educado, atencioso e gentil. Depois disso foi só decepção, o segundo andar do quarto estava muito sujo, com cabelo espalhado por todo lado, curto, cumprido, uma lástima, tinha cabelo colado até no porta sabonete dentro do box, terrível, além da borracha da porta do box estar descolando e alagar toda a parte de fora do banheiro. Inclusive fui até à recepção reportar a sujeira do quarto, mas recusei que fossem fazer a limpeza, porque estava cansada, ia ter que sair do quarto pra isso e de qualquer forma não ia utilizar a banheira de qualquer forma, justamente em razão da má impressão causada pela sujeira do quarto. O serviço do café da manhã extremamente lento e esperava muito mais considerando a propaganda que fazem do restaurante do hotel, qualquer padaria em Curitiba faz melhor. Em resumo, existem outros hotéis em Curitiba muito melhores e com valor compatível, até menor. O mínimo que o hotel deveria oferecer era um quarto limpo.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa e o atendimento é gentil e educado. O quarto é amplo e confortável, com um banheiro amplo e moderno. A academia para ginástica é minúscula e no andar da piscina não tem nunca ninguém para atender os hóspedes e nem possui alguma espécie de campainha que pudesse ser acionada para eventual atendimento. No mais, um hotel muito confortável. Recomendo.

Restaurante atendimento, refeições no jantar poderiam ser melhores. Não tinha carta de vinho. Deram um caderno com os vinhos sem os preços, o atendente tinha quer no sistema pesquisar um a um e com muita demora. Lamentável para um restaurante renomado.

Experiência incrível e excelente estadia!!!

Uma das melhores experiências de hotel, com muito conforto e luxo. O quarto é extremamente confortável, com banheira, cheiroso com produtos da marca bvlgari (shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido), o quarto está sempre climatizado com a essência também da marca. Café da manhã maravilhoso e preparado por chef, a piscina é linda porém não usamos. Super recomendado.
