No es un hotel con recepción, nadie nos abrio

Nunca abrieron la puerta, no hay una recepción. Llamamos al telefono de contacto y no contestaron. Llamamos a la central de Ayenda que es fuera de Peru y tambien intentaron comunicarse con su propio hotel y ni siquiera a ellos les contestaron! Al final no se pudo entrar al hotel y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel. Ahora estamos reclamando que nos devuelvan el dinero pero ellos dicen que como fue a través de hoteles.com no lo pueden hacer
