The room was clean. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She even assisted with calling the doctor to the room because of altitude sickness. Would definitely recommend.

Room was ok. It didn’t have ac, and it smelled like mold. To get some air in, we had to open the window but it was really noisy with the cars traffic and constant honking. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The first night the room is super small not what we reserved luxury room. No table, no heating before 9pm. We asked to upgrade the room on second day and it was much better. However the location is a bit remote and it took longer waiting time to have an uber. The stuff is very kind, patient and helpful!

I recently stayed here for a week. I originally reached out via Expedia to arrange a ride from the airport to the property. They told me they would contact me 24 hours before my arrival to set up their driving service. However, I didn’t hear from them, so I took it upon myself to schedule an Uber. When we arrived, our room was ready before the 2 PM check-in time, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was spacious and looked nice overall. We didn’t know it wouldn’t have air conditioning, but that was fine since we weren’t planning to spend much time there during the day. That said, the room could definitely use a deep cleaning. There was a lot of hair from previous guests on the bed and floor, which was unpleasant. On a positive note, the receptionists were always friendly and greeted us every time we returned. The location of the house is quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated.

Very nice property with courteous and helpful staff. Clean, spacious room. Quiet rooms. The one downside is that the location is some distance from the city center and not a convenient walk.
