DO. NOT. USE. We arrived and there was no one there to check us in. Okay, that's alright, we contact them through the app we booked the room letting them know we arrived. They replied within about 30 minutes. They told us to contact the number listed. Okay... no answer. We thought maybe it was our service as it was our first day in Cusco. No. We called MULTIPLE times over the next HOUR. Finally someone answers and they tell us they are NOT a hotel!!!!! So we figure we've been scammed! During this period of waiting for them to answer one of our calls, I am messaging them our phone number to contact us. Not a single time did they attempt reaching out. We pay for our new hotel for the whole week and get checked in. That evening I tell them that because 1. THEY told us they were NOT a hotel, we found another place to stay and 2. They did NOT contact us despite me sending our number 4-5 times over the course of the HOUR & A HALF we waited... we wanted a refund since we would not be staying in the room. They refused and said someone was there now and they have the room open. Oh goodie... I'm glad you're actually a hotel now AND you can reply back to me. Ridiculous. BAD. BUSINESS. They still refuse to give us our money back. Best advise I can give to someone looking... Do NOT book here. Do NOT stay here. Not an honest business and they could not care less about the people they inconvenience.
