The staff are very courteous, kind and attentive. They aim to ensure you have a wonderful stay and we did. Breakfast provided was very good with a variety of foods. The twin room provided ample room for luggage and comfort and was very clean.

We needed somewhere to stay before the rest of our group arrived in Cusco and chose this because it was in a good location, had transport from the airport, and breakfast. It was lovely! The staff were so helpful and kind. We definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel was in a convenient location to restaurants and sites. Clean and good breakfast buffet. The staff was great with helpful suggestions on things to do and was always available to answer questions and fulfill needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Picked the hotel as a hopefully good place to relax after returning from a mountain trek. Contrary to the information listed on Expedia this hotel does not have a functioning restaurant or bar. Although the guide in the room has 6 pages of food and drinks, in fact, they only offer three simple chicken dishes and none seemed be available when I arrived at 8 o’clock, despite the restaurant allegedly being open until 10. I had hoped to take advantage of the free airport shuttle, but that only works for a pick up service, not for a shuttle to the airport. On the positive side, staff is pretty nice and the breakfast was fine. Also, the hot water in the shower is good.

Amazing staff.

Amazing staff. They go out of their way to help you and to make sure looked after. Amazing. Rooms are good, nothing fancy. In a nice, safe, walkable area which is quiet. Great value for money. The staff make this hotel the reason to come back.

Great neighbourhood

Noce cosy hotel. Friendly staff. Things to watch for - 20 stairs to entrance. Most rooms on upper floors with no elevator. No exhaust fan in bathrooms. There is heating but it can get a bit cold or warm in the room.
