Tive uma boa experiência no hotel em Cusco, mas com alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar. O quarto em si era bom e confortável, porém o banheiro deixou a desejar. O box com cortina não era muito prático e, durante o banho, acabava acumulando bastante água, o que tornava a experiência um pouco desconfortável. Outro ponto importante foi a limpeza: eu e minha mãe tivemos crises de rinite durante a estadia, e percebemos que havia bastante poeira, principalmente embaixo da cama. O café da manhã era bom, com opções satisfatórias. Também fomos muito bem recepcionadas pela equipe, que foi educada e atenciosa. Apenas tivemos algumas informações desencontradas ao longo da estadia, possivelmente por falha de comunicação devido ao idioma. No geral, o hotel tem potencial, mas poderia melhorar principalmente na limpeza e na estrutura do banheiro.
