Short family vacation

We had a great, short family vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and very clean, and the food in the restaurant delicious. The only bummer was that the pool wasn't open. There is an ice cream parlor and a small shop in walking distance, and it was just a short walk to the beach, too. We would stay again!

Location Location Location

Location Location Location….. 100 yards away from the Beach, very convenient, ecept for fast food, everything is in walking distance. The Room is very small and NO Wifi in the Room, enjoy the 24” TV.Try to get a Room in the Main Building, the Rooms look nicer. There are no real Showstoppers, but for 6oo$ a weekend I think it is a little bit overpriced. If you are OK with a small Room without Wifi, than this is definitely the place to stay. Enjoy the breakfast and the Friday night buffet- you will mot disappointed…..

Wir waren zu Zweit zum zweiten Mal im Deichgraf. Unser Zimmerwunsch wurde voll erfüllt im 4.OG mit Blick auf die dicken Pötte! Unsere Zimmerfee Aphrodite ist super Empathisch und sehr Umsichtig gewesen, netter Schnack, tolle Mitarbeiterin mit Herzblut fürs Gästewohl, zur Verabschiedung wurden wir sogar gedrückt. Für uns die Mitarbeiterin des Monats! Aber auch das Frühstückspersonal waren sehr nett. Alles in allem, alles stimmig. Wir kommen sicher wieder. U+M aus Berlin

Solides Strandhotel mit herausragendem Frühstück

Die Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber und grundsolide. Das Frühstück ist wirklich überdurchschnittlich mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider war Nachts Lärm von der Heizungsanlage, Brenner oder so. Ich hatte Zimmer 234 und konnte trotz des geschlossenen Fensters Nachts nicht so gut Schlafen. Eine 2. Decke wäre auch gut gewesen, da ich Fenster Nachts auf Kipp hatte. Frühstücksbüffet gut, viel Auswahl. Abends im Restaurant gutes Essen von der Karte. War sehr lecker. Personal Höflich und Informatiev. Strand direkt vor der Haustüre. Manko das Wasser im Bad. Man muss es sehr lange laufen lassen, bevor man warmes Wasser bekommt. Das Hotel kann ich ansonsten nur Empfehlen.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, freundliches personal

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich. Am allermeisten hat mich die Reinigungsfrau beeindruckt die uns am letzten Tag mit einem strahlenden Lächeln eine schöne Heimreise gewünscht hat. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Kleine negative: das Balkon war ein langer Balkon, alle Zimmer auf der seit waren damit verbunden. Der Wind pfiff ordentlich da kein Windschutz vorhanden war. Das Zimmer besaß keinen Kühlschrank oder Wasserkocher, allerdings glaube ich man könnte einen Wasserkocher auf Nachfrage bekommen. Die Matratzen müssten ab und an umgedreht werden da sie eine Kule hatten. Im Badezimmer tropfte das Waschbecken und die Heizung. Die Dusche hat sehr lange gebraucht bis das Wasser warm war. Vom Geräuschpegel her hat man von der Straße oder den Zimmernachbarn nichts gehört. Nur wenn der Koch morgens loslegte um seinen Arbeitstag mit Musik zu beginnen würde man davon leider wach.

Das Hotel hat meinen Erwartungen weitestgehend erfüllt. Ich empfand die Wartedauer beim Abendessen sehr lang. Das Essen konnte ich erst nach ca 50 Minuten bestellen. Das Essen wiederum war aber sehr gut.
