I’ll be back there again. Nice Stay!

-Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were easy to sleep in but not great for my back. It’s impossible for please everyone with a bed’s firmness of course. -The gym was nice, and had a water dispenser and sweat towels for use there. There was no upright-style exercise bicycle, only a recumbent bike and a spinning bike. - Breakfast was very good, with coffee/tea, a rice and miso broth bar, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, pancakes sausage, eggs, and toast.

The stay was great. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The bathroom set up was a bit strange and you can't open the bathroom door all the way as it hits the entry hall wall. Someone using a wheelchair or scooter would not have easy access. You have to stand between the counter and the toilet to use the sink which I found weird. The shower was great.

This facility was poorly made. You could tell that is was a rushed job for sure. The shower door opened one way so you had to jump in and turn the shower on while being hit with freezing cold water. There was no way around that. The water pressure was amazing though. The bed was pretty comfortable but the blankets terrible! Luckily I bring my own. We paid for an extend amount of time after the check out time. So instead of checking out at 12, we paid $100 to stay until 4pm. So I was under the impression we would have privacy. Wrong. They had some man do “room checks” so I was laying in bed and some man from the hotel opened my door peeked his head in and said “room check” like what is that??? There is plenty of parking. Not once did maid service clean our room during our stay so our trash was piling up .. we had to go down for new towels. It gets either really hot or really cold in the room .. so 70 is burning hot and 69 is freezing cold. The tv is old, as well as the remote .. there is almost 0 lighting. Most of the staff were great but we did run into one that wanted to challenge us on a conversation we had with the manager as if he was there during the discussion. His favorite thing to say was convey. “That wasn’t conveyed to us” “I don’t think you understand what I’m trying to convey” like just go sit back over there and let us do what we are doing.
