Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I believe this Hotel used deceptive and false Advertisement for three bookings. They intentionally did not disclose that the room I reserved had no window! It was like walking into a prison cell. For $25 a night which is in line with its competitors which offer a room with a window " normal room" they deceptive Ad made me not only lose money but go into a panic attack since I am claustrophobic, horrible few minutes o my life traveling in a foreign country. Their young staff offered a cancelation for resolution! No sign of management and obviously no refund or upgrade, an absolute horror show.
