The egg station was good as they would cook omelettes or eggs on the spot. Other foods available could have been more fresh. Soups were fine, as were the fresh fruit and salad bar. Not a fan of how the shower inside the bathtub worked. The shower head height was too low and pressure wasn’t strong enough. But at least there was plenty of hot water. Staff were kind and very gracious to change my towels and replenish water bottles upon my request. Nice size room (suite) with the partial view.

We visited this hotel in November, and we can’t recommend this hotel enough. We booked the grand suite beachfront room and the view was amazing. Every time you looked out on the balcony- You saw the beach! This hotel is located in front of the beach with many dining and shopping options. The area of this hotel felt very secure and we were able to walk to many places. The room had many basic amenities which is what we needed (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). We also had the opportunity to eat the buffet breakfast, which had so much variety. The staff here was a very professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location. Enjoyable Breakfast

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Lots of food and spas all around. The room was big and clean, great views of the beach and goddess of mercy in the distance. Spacious and sparse with nice balconies. Only the rain shower wasn't working. The local breakfast served was enjoyable. Ban Cuon was made on the spot, ca phe was good.

This place was ok. If you are planning to book this place because of the pool then don’t. It’s not like the photos and it’s very small and not an infinity pool. The service here is very mediocre as well. My family and I have been staying at different hotels in the area and the service is always top notch but here it’s just the basics. They don’t allow for early check in, and no welcome gift/letter. Every other hotel we stayed at was very accommodating and went above and beyond. It was my mom’s bday 2 days before and they didn’t even do anything but all the other hotels did somthing for her. (Not like they had to but it just seemed like they didn’t care and This place didn’t try at all) The gym is so old that the machines seem like they are breaking down. The washrooms in the suite is very smelly and the shower curtains smell so bad that you don’t want to take a bath. It’s very run downed place. The breakfast is good but the staff hardly works and never smiles. (All the buffets at all the hotels in Danang are the same though so if your booking for the breakfast buffet then keep that in mind) The only positive thing is their bellman/concierge ppl. They are always happy and talkative. Also the location is okay too as it’s right by the beach but I wouldn’t come back here or recommend to anyone.

Excellent from start to finish

Well located hotel right opposite the beach. We had a lovely large room with a balcony and a stunning sea view. Also a substantial buffet breakfast was included. Top floor you will find the pool and also a bar and restaurant with both happy hour and good food. The staff was just amazing and especially Tiffany, Ling and Hanny at the reception did their utmost to make our stay most comfortable. We can highly recommend this hotel.
