We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were spotless, the staff were fantastic and the amenities were great. The location is also very good, just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. There are bikes available for free too. The breakfast was fine, pretty standard. Overall, an amazing place to stay!

This hotel is not for people with mobility issues, there are lots of steps here and there to get to your room or the breakfast area. I took off 2 stars for this and bc the tin awnings make a lot of noise in the rain, something that the mgmt should be aware of and mitigate. It’s not possible to sleep in the room with that level of noise. Also, bathroom needs hooks or at least a stool to put your stuff, where do guests put their change of clothing. Overall, mgmt needs to use the room so they can improve on the guests’ experience.

A great place just 10 minutes walk from the old town. A quiet neighborhood, clean and ample amenities, concierge was awesome. Took there offer on private car to and from Danang. Burgers across the street was fire. Real local vibes with bikes to use felt comfortable.

This was a great place to stay. Comfortable and modern rooms that were very clean. Knowledgeable staff. Our highlight was a cooking class organised by the hotel, where we got to go to the local market and some local food and then come back to the restaurant to cook a four course meal which was delicious and Made very easy by our helpers. Highly recommend cozy arm as a great place to stay in Huan for both families and single or professional travellers.

Incredible staff, and a great hotel. Well worth the money. We were there during the flood and the staff were incredibly helpful and because of them, we enjoyed our stay despite the significant flooding outside. They were extremely attentive and helpful.

A fabulous place for a group of 11 to stay. Lovely rooms, amazing staff and service, great pool, close to old town but out of nighttime noise. Fab spring rolls at the locals restaurant next door. Loved our stay and cant wait to come back!

The Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoian was a wonderful boutique hotel. The River View room was awesome and had a great view of the river both during the day & at night to see the boat and lanterns. The best part of my stay was the wonderful and helpful staff. The staff was incredible at every point of my stay. The Spa was also super inexpensive and wonderful. Anr only a 10 minute walk to Town and the Night Market. A++++ experience.

We have now been to Hoi An 4 times. Each time we have stayed at a different hotel due to these venues not meeting our expectations and needs. This latest trip we were advised to try the Cozy An Boutique Hotel. What great advise that was. We struck gold. This venue is modern and well maintained. It is situated within easy walking distance to Old Town where the action is. The staff are magnificent. They are professional, friendly and helpful plus they have a detailed knowledge of the local environment. As a bonus most have an excellent working knowledge of English. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. They are efficiently serviced each day. It has a secluded pool available to cool off on those hot days. The buffet breakfast is a food lovers delight with the menu aimed at the local market as well as those with a western palate. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. This hotel is exceptional in terms of venue and price. Without hesitation I give it my highest recommendation. We will return here on our next visit.

This is a fabulous property. Clean and stylish, the common areas are welcoming and provide comfortable furnishings to relax and enjoy your visit.
