This is one of the best hotels I have even been in, and I travel regularly for work. The rooms are glorious and the bathtub has my heart forever. The breakfast buffet is delicious. There was a great variety of local cuisine and western style dishes. The fresh fruit and selection of teas make for a lovely start to the day. The spa was amazing. My partner and I both got massages and they got a manicure pedicure treatment that was glorious and so well done. I have not moved this well in literal years. The real shine here is the staff. Everyone was lovely and gracious, from the front desk staff to the bell hops, to the bar staff at the pool was so lovely and accommodating. They even brought out a cake and sang for my partners birthday! A deep thank you from us to the whole staff, and most especially my gal Ame, who made our stay a truly magical experience. This was our first time in Vietnam, but it will not be our last. I look forward to returning to see these fantastic folks and enjoying all of the amazing local food. Do yourself a favor and book this place. You will not regret it!

My husband and I recently stayed at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An, and the experience was superb from start to finish. Luna checked us in with incredible patience and warmth, and she continued to take great care of us throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile at breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options that catered to guests from all over the world also allowing us to explore Vietnamese cuisine. The entire staff was consistently warm and inviting, contributing to a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was delightful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a round bed. It took a little time to get used to, but we eventually grew to appreciate it and found it comfortable and unique. Overall, a wonderful stay with attentive service and thoughtful touches. We highly recommend Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An for couples and travelers seeking a relaxing, well-appointed retreat with genuinely caring staff.

Great Hotel, lovely friendly and helpful staff, especially Kaytee who looked after us. Nice location which is a short walk or shuttle bus to the centre. Choice of 2 nice pools and a rooftop bar for an afternoon drink to cool down. When I come back to Hoi An I will be staying here again for sure.

Incredible buffet breakfast, the sweetest staff who were so accommodating. Two pools, lots of fun things to do locally. They even organised free shuttle buses to go see sites. Dont pass on this incredible hotel!

We stayed here for 14 nights in August, it was excellent. The location was quiet & calm yet only 5-7 minutes away from the beach or city centre by free shuttle or Grab. Plenty of restaurants, cafes or mini-marts a few metres away on the same street. We both found that the staff always went out of their ways to help us with everything. Tom, Luna & Nguyen are really great & were always helpful. I wish I could remember more names, all were fantastic. But our absolute favourite was Kathy. She was brilliant. We would definitely stay again, and are already planning on returning.

It is a lovely and clean hotel. The staff are super helpful. Special mention to Kathy who was so lovely. When I wasn't feeling well she made me a ginger tea and delivered it to the room. She is such an asset to this company. Great location to old town and the complimentary shuttle was such an easy and convenient service.

There are not enough star ratings for this hotel and the staff. Nothing is too much bother for them. From check in to check out and everything in between the staff we’re sensational. We would like to particularly thank Kathy from reception who went above and beyond her duties to ensure that all her guests were made to feel special. Kathy thank you for your warmth, kindness and dedication to ensuring that we had a wonderful experience in both the hotel as well as Hoi An itself. You deserve a 1 000 000 star review! To the Hotel Spa Staff at Breathe thank you for the most sensational massages and facials. You have converted my husband from a person who did not want to have any to wanting them. Can, Vy, Sarah as well as the other staff, the treatments we received were first class. Overall 5 star rating is not enough for this hotel. My one suggestion would be that the shuttle bus made more frequent trips in and out of Old Town

Me and my wife stayed here during our 1st wedding anniversary trip to Vietnam. The staff were all super friendly and helpful but Kathy really went the extra mile. From check in she congratulated us and went out of her way to offer useful information about the area and the hotel which was much appreciated. Every time she saw us she made sure to say hello and ask what we had been up to and what we had planned next. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and made our stay really comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is stunning and the room was amazing. The location is great, just outside of Hoi An so a 5min Grab ride which is very cheap, or about a 20min walk so it’s nearby without the noise and crowds. Also the hotel has multiple free shuttles every day into and out of Hoi An so can’t fault the service. Breakfast was excellent with great quality food and choice. We loved our complimentary foot massage in the spa and both pools are great for a relaxing dip and a few drinks, especially during 241 happy hour. All in all we couldn’t be happier with our time at the Grand Sunrise Palace. Would highly recommend.

We had the presidential suite and it was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the roof top pool was great for proper swimming.

Awesome hotel in Hoi An.

From check in to check out the stay the service was beyond special. Lily went out of her way to see to our needs. Tom in the restaurant was very accommodating and helpful. The best hotel in Vietnam and I will definitely recommend.
