Lovely place with beautiful surroundings. Moon was an excellent host! She made us feel very welcome, gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops, and even sorted out a taxi for us when travelling onto Da Nang. We loved breakfast every day too. We would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic. It’s a quiet safe and peaceful spot with easy access to the old town. Moon and her staff are attentive and caring. After some hectic experiences in HCMC, this was just the place I needed to recuperate. Thank you to Moon and her wonderful staff.

If you are looking for an affordable clean and convenient hotel this is your place. Moon is always on top of anything you might need during your stay, all the staff is very friendly. It will taking you a 20 minutes walk to the ancient city very doable. For the hot weather is very convenient to have a clean pool to refresh your self, this hotel has one 👌 so stop thinking and make your reservation.

Green Grass Land Villa's name and address are both different. [Block 4, Son Pho 1, Cam Chau, Hoi An, Quang Nam] It's not here. On the day of the stay, the changed address will be notified by email. The name of the transferred property is 0000 riverside villa. The hotel was in an unexpected location, but the hotel was a good value for the price.

If you want quieter nice nights highly recommend. Owner Mrs. Moon knows everyone there. All family and gets great discounts. Covid killed her businesses growth. But i will stay with here everytime. She knows everyone and all friends and family is awesome. Next to river that floods yearly but never on this hill. Awesome theme park across street and motorbike to rent a cheap price if you can ride. My wife and i decided to land in our near her because weather way better than saigon. This lady will make you want to retire here.

Alright I guess

Stay was okay few issues. Positive - - room big and clean - pool was nice -quite location Negative - - first place I have been to in Asia where we didn’t receive free water in the room - Terrible WiFi - weak Aircon - soon as we got there tried to sell us tours and transport. Be nice to just get settle before trying to take more money of us - constantly ask and messaging what tour are we doing and when etc - no room service not even removing full bins - done our laundry came back smelling worst had to go else where - they allowed children 9+ to be in the pool naked, not only unhygienic on the floats but also inappropriate for everyone else around, especially with the known danger of predators.

A must-stay in Hue

Upon entering Green Grass Villa, I was offered the local Huda beer (a quick way to my affections), and invited to join the owner with her family for dinner. This extremely welcoming attitude continued for the length of my two day stay. The hotel is brand new (as of January 2015), so everything is clean, efficient and up to date. The hotel is located conventionality on the edge of town in front of a picturesque rice field (my mornings included watching water buffalo meander the fresh rice fields) and a nice stroll from all the dining, sight-seeing, and shopping of the old city. The price and quality of room and amenities alone makes it a wonderful place, to stay in Hue but what truly makes it special is the ownership. Moon, her husband and their young son are extremely friendly without being intrusive. They invited me to meals, offered advice on sightseeing and shopping destinations, and helped me arrange transportation from the city. As a resident of Vietnam who has stayed in many hotels (good and bad) I couldn't recommend this one higher.

blood on the bedsheet, wrong address, disgusting

1. The address on the hotel was wrong, so we though it was closer to the city, but it wasn't. and we walked around trying to find it and asking for help to find it. we didn't have a phonenumber, so we couldn't call them. luckily after asking many people for help, this lady called the hotel for us. one staff member from the hotel picked us up on scooter and drove us to the hotel. she said that she knew the address was wrong on hotels.com 2. when we got there, the room was so disgusting. there was blood on the bedsheet, the pool was not swimmable, it was so far away from old town. 3. we ended up not staying in the hotel and walked back to old town to find another hotel. luckily we found another hotel

The Adresse wasn’t right it was 3,7km from the original Adresse. The hotel isn’t very nice from the outside, the pool is a joke and the area where the hotel is located is like nowhere. It takes a 30 minute walk to get to the city. You could borrow bikes but these are very old and it wasn’t safe at all. We agreed on a very good price for all our laundry, when we checkt out it was the price for 1 kg. She told us that paying by card wasn’t a problem at all and when we wanted to pay she only accepted cash. The room was clean but it was so noisy all the time you could hear every word that’s been spoken in this house. She didn’t told us anything about the breakfast only after I asked here she sended us the menu. We had to pay for the water which was just to brush our teeth because u can’t use the tap water in Vietnam. On the page is written that the taxi cost 350000 dong per room but in the end we had to pay 400000 dong. The service was nice but with everything I said before it wasn’t a nice stay.
