From start to finish, our experience at Mandila Beach Hotel was truly exceptional. The room itself was better than great—perfectly appointed and comfortable. The entire front desk staff was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. A highlight of our stay was the dining; we absolutely loved the morning buffet. A special shout-out to Thu, who was wonderfully helpful, friendly, and attentive. Her caring service truly stood out. The spa experience was also stellar. My sister-in-law and I received massages from Bui, Thao and Ngo,Ngoc, and they all exceeded our expectations. We felt genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and incredibly well taken care of. To be honest with you, I don’t know where to start. From the time you walk through the door. You have excellent service from the reception and the staff in the lobby then when you get to your room, you have a beautiful view clean room , nice gifts then you get to the restaurants from the breakfast restaurant to the lunch and dinner restaurant the staff they’re no longer staff their friends. Awesome people and it’s hard to just pick one when all of them are great from the managers to the assistant managers to the staff 100% golden!!!! It’s not my first time I stay here and start my last time I enjoy it 100% percent.

I could hear the loud sounds during Saturday night while we were sleeping, luckily , I was tired so I could doze off.
