Even if i paid more to have sea view, selecting sea view room, they gave NO sea view room. I regret paying more. They give you whatever they want, even if they is 4 kinds of room they sell on app. Moreover aircon remote has no batteries i cahnged. But no screen vision, i couldn't see the numbers on lcd screen. They didn't change sheets in 5 days stay. Only towels. No clean floors daily, i walk naked foot so i say it easily. Always Bad smell in bathroom. Always wet floor in bathroom. No shower doors. Thrown out. Even the Room is at 9th floor, some walls are swollen because of humidity. Neighboring room was heavily smoking and the corridor. First day i wake up at 5 am becuse of heavy smoke in my room. Other days kept windows open. I think They are proud of not speaking english ? Actually if everthing is as said and works well, There is no need to communicate.

Perfect choice for budget travelers

Hotel's room is okay with basic facilities. The service is decent. However the location is perfect, just about 50m to the beach and the seaside park. Very good choice for budget travelers.

Room was filled with cockroaches, even found some in the bed! The shower door was broken and the walls were very thin so you could hear everything around you. We were on the 7th floor and the lift was extremely slow and was often full with the cleaners equipment. We were woken up one morning at 8am from a knock on the door by the cleaners who wanted to clean our room, which seemed like an oddly early time to be cleaning rooms that were obviously occupied. Would not stay here again or recommend this place.

Satisfied stay!!

First of all, front desk staffs are really nice and helpful. However, the restroom was not that clean and there is no air condition in the hall way. Overall, I'm satisfied with the value and would be back.

Great low priced hotel for a stopover

We used the Misa hotel as a stopover before we headed onto Hoi An, the hotel is basic but considering the price is great value. The hotel is off the main frontages of the beach, which is only 200m walk. If you're on a budget this place is great as a 1 night stop.

一泊1700円以内と安く、最低限の設備は設置されており満足。またミケビーチにも近く、ダナンマラソン会場まですぐ！ 海に行く機会もあるので、貴重品が預けられるように金庫だったり、ティッシュ等が付いていれば言うことなし。
