Spacious room but staff were prompt deficient

Big clean room spacious, was always waiting on staff especially at pool area when trying to order drinks and food.

Loved it and staff so friendly

Fantastic hotel at a great price. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate but many except the Reception staff still have difficulty with understanding English Great free breaky and free shuttle to Ancient Town and back was terrific My son on his honeymoon was in a 60sqm room and my beach view room was spacious with huge bath and marble features. Great place and real value for money and I'll be back

Nice hotel close to the beach.

Pros: Staff where great Nice size pool and close to beach
Cons: Breakfast poor choices not anough food and poor coffee
Location: Great location near a quiet beach More courteous bus trips into town are needed.
Great staff special mention to the pool guys MR CU and MR HAI . Girls very friendly on reception.

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff

We stayed here for 6 nights, in a beach view room. It was lovely. We were staying there during our honeymoon and the staff were fantastic. The room was beautiful, modern and the bed was very comfy. The only issue we had was the noise from other guests in the hallway at obscene hours. Yelling at each other down the hall way, this is in no way a reflection of the hotel. Most staff spoke English very well. There were one or two who didn't and they weren't afraid to get someone who could to help, which is fantastic. It is a little bit out of town and the biggest thing we found was that the shuttle bus had to be booked for your return trip, we ended up just using it on the way in and getting a taxi back, as when going in the morning we weren't sure how long until we wanted to return
