Exceptional service

Very enjoyable stay here. Asa solo and frequent traveller, Nagila sets a high standard for their service quality. The location is a nice walk from the city centre, but enjoyable to take the back streets for a more quiet experience. Only negative experience was lack of liquor diversity in the roof bar. However, staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, particularly Minh Chau who was very accommodating to organise my tours. Highly recommended hotel.

This was a great stay. Of course when everything is equal, staffing is the make it or break it. In this case, the staffing was superb!!!. Everyone from front desk ( big big thank you to Trang and Minh Chau). The restaurant was excellent as well. Good selection which changed a little every day. Big thank you to Tam!. I will return to the Nagila soon!!!

Friendly staff, great location Great staff! They are very friendly at what they do with smiles. The room was large and clear. The bathroom was large too, separated by a plain glass wall. The hotel is well located. Restaurants and bars can be easily found around. Will definitely return!

Me and my friend are very pleased with our recent stay at Nagila Hotel Da Nang. We are really like location of this hotel, very closed MyKhe beach. The pool and poolbar was very relaxing. We got a beautiful room & very clean with moderately priced. Staff are super friendly & helpful, we will definately be back this hotel & highly recommended.

値段が安い割には、ホテルは綺麗で清潔。部屋もそれなりに広く、ルーフトッププールもそれなりに悪くない。 ただ、バスルームの換気扇が何故かタバコ臭いのと、トイレットペーパーがビデのすぐ上にあり、ほぼスレスレで触れているので、衛生上汚いからトイレットペーパーを使わなかった。アメニティも質は高くないが、ある。ただティッシュペーパーはない。 窓も大きく、ビンコンプラザも徒歩圏内で、朝食付きでこの安さなので、コストパフォーマンスは良い。
