An unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional—every detail was thoughtfully handled. The breakfast buffet felt endless, with something delicious for every taste, and the Thai massage left me feeling completely refreshed and energized. The staff went above and beyond, especially through WhatsApp, helping us explore the local area with ease. Their support made our trip feel personal and seamless. We also arranged a private vehicle through the resort, which was both affordable and incredibly convenient. Our driver was always ready and waiting after each activity, allowing us to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Vietnam

Myself and my partner had the best stay at Naman Retreat, Da Nang. This hotel treated us like royalty. A special thank you to Evelyn for looking after us while we stayed. We wish we could stay longer and will definitely be returning! We booked a one bedroom pool villa which included a bathtub and our own private pool. The rooms are spacious and even had a sitting room area. Housekeeping were attentive. Pool bar staff are lovely, apologies I only got one name - Tinh who was always smiling and made sure our orders were correct and triple checked my allergies for pool food. There are three pools, one looks out on to a gorgeous ocean view. Two hot tubs outside and then a third indoor in the spa area with the steam room. Breakfast was great and provided a vast buffet of everything you could want! If I had any critique it would be that the Mexican restaurant was not amazing, the food was bland and lacking flavour and the same goes for the soft drinks on their menu.

I book a villa ocean view but the room we receive is a villa garden view .. buffet totally not for me they repeat the same food everyday… I book a two bed room villa , in my own opinion definitely not a 5 star hotel for me

The stay was amazing. I really loved the Yoga teacher Giri! The restaurant was world class and the wine Guy named B picked some fabulous wine. My host Jasmine was wonderful to deal with and super helpful. I’d highly recommend

Not as nice as it looks in pictures. We got one of the rooms with the private pool and it was disappointing. Bad electrical, bad light placements, old hair dryer that is not functional, you can see water damage in places, sofa doesn't look or feel clean, noise from neighbors. And there is something off about the staff. Their behavior or perhaps the way they mingle with each other and also smirks on their faces at times, seems unprofessional. They also don't seem happy working there and not really genuine despite seemingly being nice and trying to be helpful.
