I alerted the hotel in January 2026 that we are traveling with my 85 year old mom. They replied stating that they will ensure a smooth check in for my mom. On the day of check in, there’s no elevator access and my mom had to navigate 3 flights of stairs. I was very very upset because of safety concerns for my mom!
