What happened here, we were here 2 weeks ago and it was great. This time, no one to greet us at the entrance, no one to carry our luggage in, no friendly greeting at reception? What happened?

Wonderful hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, room really clean and spacious and great views of the city and river. The reception organized a tour for us of Banah Hill (sp?) - really enjoyed it...thanks you so much! Loved our stay there! Only tip for fellow guests is if you want to exchange currency use the local jewelry shops and not the hotel exchange service.
