Serene hotel, his name speaks for itself. I had a warm welcome from the staff. She was very helpful and attentive. The staff members Van, Thoa and the rest of the staff were very friendly. The facilities were well maintained and equipped. The pool was clean but not heated. When is warm outside, is good for refreshing. They also wash your clothes for free. The location is ideal if you like tranquility. There is so many restaurants, mini markets, cafes on walking distance. You could also walk to the beach 🏖️. Due to my flight being cancelled they were accommodating to look if there was a room available❤️. I will definitely recommend this hotel
