Nice, clean hotel near to the river

Excellent service from the front desk staff who is always smiling and polite. The hotel has no lift but the staff helped us to carry the luggage up. The receptionist patiently showed us how to go to the places we were looking for. The place is very clean with a nice big room. The breakfast and pool is at a sister hotel 5 mins walk away. Location is excellent:5 min from the river. Cons: wifi connection not very good and there is no lift.

Near Old Town

The room was clean, staff spoke good english, breakfest in a different location, but it was best we've had in Vietnam. Good location, near Old Town and by a walking distance from most of the attractions. The air in the room was very humid, even though the room had a/c.

Breakfast and swimming pool are not locate at hotel, must walk around 2minutes to near hotel. First date warm water machine not work. Hoi an town’ s electricity shutdown for a long time on 29-30 Dec18.
