Lobby staff was courteous, rooms were clean, housemates efficient. Pool: never saw any towels at the pool, even though there seem to be an employee sitting in the gym, but he never offered to bring us towels. Food was tasty although some of the food that were meant to be hot did not have any heat source to keep them warm. Such as Quang noodles were cold. I was about to bring my plate to the pho station and ask the gentleman to put it in a bowl of broth for me. Rooftop cafe food was tasty, staff seemed to be in training.

We stayed here in 2024 and chose to stay at Vanda Hotel again when we visited Da Nang again Aug /Sept 2025. What we like about the hotel is its central location. Everything is in walking distance, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. The facility is clean. But what i like most here is the hotel's staff. Everyone is friendly, their manner is always pleasant and they are always helpful. One such gentleman is Mr. Văn Điệu, he will help you whatever your need is. I strongly recommend Vanda Hotel and I won't hesitate to choose Vanda Hotel for my next vacation in Da Nang.

Loved the location. It is at the tail end of the Dragon Bridge and on the other side of the river from Danang’s best night market. Shop away and select the lobster you want for dinner. Stayed on the 14th floor. Great AC and views. Bed was very comfortable. Chocolate delivered daily. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of Vietnamese and American foods. Try the Vietnamese milk coffee. ❤️ Highly recommend.

The grand suite room is really spacious with a bed larger than the standard king size. The service staff are very good. It’s just a few minutes walk to the museum of Cham sculptures.
